We have contact the customer support well over 20 - 40 times. Even after running hard wire, down grading our entire system to non vista. It does not work on vista, or over a wire-less system. The software is so full of bugs and programming problems it does not work. It has been error after error after error. We purchased Order Manager Enterprise Version about one year ago.
